Within our company the programmers are using tools like HPFLOW and FLOWGEN to create FLOWS of the JCL and jobs. These FLOWS forms the basis from which the mainframe support group will build the Acceptance and production JCL and PROCedures.

Our tools are however outdated (approx. 15 years old) and we cannot guarantee continuïty on these tools.

Can you please mention whether your site makes use of a tool (which?) in which one can build (and amend) JCL FLOW's and also state whether it is a inhouse tool or a bought application.

To the best of my knowledge, no such tool is in use in this shop.
