i have 'CHANGE ATTRIBUTE NORECOVERY' statement in cobol-65..
and i'm migrating the code to cobol-85..
can any one help me out regarding the same??
what would be the corrosponding step in my new migrated code?

"cobol-65" and "cobol-85" are not mainframe compiler names -- what platform are you running on?

How does your compiler "identify" itself? Usually at the top of the compiled output. . .
