DB2-Secondary key usage help

Hi folks,
Can you explain the following table as to how cust-id is a secondary key?

table 'customer'
attributes-customer-no,cust-name,cust-location,cust-id,order-no....

primary key - customer-no

secondary key - cust-id

foreign key - order-no

ii)how can there be multiple rows retrieved if the secondary key is unique?

The table is not seems to be in boye code normal form. I guess it is in the second normal where more than one independecies are identified.
