For users of ISPF version 1.10,
at Command line <SWAPBAR ON>
displays the list of all opened screens/sessions at the bottom.
To swap to another screen/session,
place cursor at required screen and press enter.
To remove SWAPBAR display at bottom of your screen
syntax is <SWAPBAR OFF> |

And of course, you can give some more meaningfull names to screens with the SCRNAME command.

Probably, ISPF development team can look into using some options like CTRL+TAB keys to switch between screens instead of moving cursor to that position & pressing enter.
and yes, obviously you can develop a macro in your emulator to satisfy that. I have written one in Vista TN3270 emulator and works fine. The code is written to support Terminal Model: Mod 2 - 24x80. |

With Vista, it is easy to program your mouse to MoveCursorEnter when you double click. (That may be the default behaviour now). That gives you an easy way to point and shoot.
BTW, CTRL+TAB is not an AID key, so I doubt that ISPF development will ever offer anything like that. |

With PCOMM, you can use Edit -> Preferences -> Hotspots and turn on 'Enter at cursor position'.
With that setting, just double-click on the swapbar to jump. |

Never knew this one.
SWAPBAR itself also toggles. |
