How to use the edit option of file aid with screen shot

i want to know how to edit the prticular field of records although there
are thousand field mentioned in that copy book of mine (the copy book which i am mentioning in the browse mode . so if want to edit only the particular field of that copy book through the edit main menu option of file aid in an empty local file . Then which and screen shots i have to choose of file aid and suppose that in browse mode also i want to browse the records with record with particular selected field only then what i have to do .if you guy can explain with that of screen shots then it will help out many guys in the interview.

First go FileAid
and Press option-2
Eenter below Information
$Eenter mode-Vv
Dataset name-???
Record Layout -S
layout dataset-???
Member name-copybookname

selection criteraia-N
then Enter Key
then use up-F7 and Down-F8
Left and Right-F10!! and -F11
