SmartTest VTPTR is not zero at start

Hi
while connecting cics from smart test getting an error says
"ASG2001E SmartTest VTPTR is not zero at start" Pls suggest how to resolve this error .Thanks

This should be easy to find in the ASG documentation or contact ASG support....
