Hi,

We have an requirement to format (With proper indentation and standards) COBOL programs which is currently not in correct format. But functionality is correct. these programs are the o/p from PACBASE tool. Since PACBASE is going to decommision soon.
Is there any freeware available to do this formatting or any easy way to do?

Please add any suggestions.!

REXX would be one choice, although there are probably others.

As far as Freeware, Google the COBOL newsgroup ===> comp.lang.cobol.
