HOW TO MAKE A DB2 EXECUTABLE

I have a question about DB2. When I attended couple of interviews last week, they asked me "How will you make a DB2 executable?"

I answered with the propram preparation steps, but they were not satisfied with my answer, so then I told them about DBRUN using IKJEFT01, but still they were saying that I was wrong.

So can anyone help me out and tell me what they mean by a DB2 executable, and how to make it?

Might be they asked about PLAN.
PLAN for a program is executable. Plan will use package to execute.
