Hi,
I was wondering if we would be able to know if any DB2 column has been updated after completion of the job. My job (multiple programs) deals with multiple tables and depending upon various conditions the columns get updated.

I dont want to change the program to have the old value in case of an update query gets executed. I was thinking if this can be done someway without changing the programs.

I did search in the forum but could not find any topic on this. Please let me know if i can refer any topic in the manual.

Thanks,
Paresh

You could use triggers to track the changes and write them to another table as a change/update log.
