Techies,
When i issue an F3/EXIT from ISPF Primary Option Menu it disconnects automatically from the Emulator.
Here my concern is i want to go to the session managar terminal (Main menu) where we have the other terminals to enter like (TSO3,TSO1,TSOe,CICS,IMS region etc...).
Please help me out.. |

This sounds site specific. We do not even know which emulator you use, or which session manager. How can you expect an answer when we know bugger all about anything at your site. |

Hello,
What does PA1 (often mapped to PageUp) do on your terminal?
On many setups, PA1 will take you to VTAM and from there you can get to other applications. |

If you get your emulator session disconnected on PF3, I would start looking at the keyboard mapping setup of your emulator, especially for your PF3 key.
Alternatively, there could be some emulator macro running, looking for the logoff message or VTAM screen, to activate closing the session.
VTAM session managers do not interact with 327x emulation applications, to my knowledge. |

Check your logon process. Your logon rexx program might issue the logoff command.
For example, I have seen something like this:
Code: |
/*rexx*/
Address TSO
'ISPF'
'LOGOFF'
|
It will issue the first command (allowing you to use ISPF) and when that first command finishes, it will issue the second command. |
