Bufferpool BP12 must be activated

Hi,

I am trying to create a table in my test DB2 region and i am getting the below error:
"Bufferpool BP12 must be activated". Please can some one tell me what could be the reason. It means that i doesnot have access? I am using below query:
"CREATE TABLE Qualifier.Table_Name LIKE Qualifier.Wxisting_Table_Name"

You are being told that your DBA needs to activate bufferpool BP12 -- which would have nothing to do with access, I would think. Contact your site support group and work with them to resolve the problem.
