Hello,

Why do you believe you need to issue a free plan command?

Have you run into some problem?

It will be disabled for a reason. Ask your DBA.

Hello,

To repeat -why do you believe you need to issue a free plan?

What is being held up? What will this provide for you?

Other than not being able to do this, what problem exists?

Actually that plan was existing already So I tried to free that plan and created as New with my ID , No issues I rectified the same , I read the manual and found that free plan Command so for understanding purpose I asked whether we can directly give that command in batch (like we give start ,dis in db2 Commands ) except through pannel ? Thanks
