Hi,

I have '|' delimited field values in a sequential file. Can anyone please let me know how to load it to DB2 table? Would it be best to use utility DSNTIAUL? Please suggest the best way to load data.

Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Yes, you can load a delimited file into a DB2 table.

No special utility/tool other than the DB2 load is needed.

The DB2 manuals linked to from the forums (top of web page, "Manuals" ) have the complete information. You'll want the appropriate Utility Guide.

Define coldel to be your delimiter - '|'
