Hi Friends,
In CICS screen if I press PF11 it is throwing the error "PRINT REQUEST FAILED". But the key PF11 is mapped to F11.
If i invoke the program in Xpediter mode and press PF11 it is working as expected.
If the logic work once then it is working even if it is out of Xpediter. But there are some regions without debugging (Xpediter) facility.
Why function key is invoking print rather than invoking transaction Is there any key overriding issue?

| Contact your site support group. If you want PF11 to work in a specific way, the CICS system programmer may need to make changes to the region's table definitions. |
