| I created one data set for load module.I have given record format was Fixed Block(fb).But when executing the job it'll convert into U format.and it shows JCL error (internal). how can i solve this problem. |

Who knows .............. with the amount of information that you have given us so far it could be anything.
Why do you want to use RECFM=FB for a load library. |

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Suggest you go back to the beginning and re-implement doing things as they need to be done. . .
Who provided the guidance that you could create a usable "load library" that is a sequential fb dataset? Suggest you have a look at every load library currently in use on your system and notice that none are qsam fb datasets. . .
As Expat mentions, when you are looking for help, you need to provide more detail. |

Well, usually (mostly) load-module libraries are of RECFM=U so having a load-library of RECFM=FB is questionable for sure, so, why do you want to do that?

adds a lots of confusion, if you've already created the library, that means you want to use it in DISP=SHR mode and if so why the execution of some would change the DCB attributes of some PDS... |
