Hello,
What mainframe application are you running? TSO/ISPF does not have "file -> save" on my systems. . .
What are you trying to save?
Which 3270 emulator are you using? |

Manoj,
1. What do you get if instead of File-> Save, you just put the cursor on the command line and type the word SAVE ?
2. what emulator are you using?
3. Do any other ISPF panels work? do not work?
4. Can you use the action bar in other panels?
5. What keystrokes do you use to 'select' File -> Save?
6. Go to option 0 -> Environ -> Settings -> Invoke TERMSTAT immediately: what to you get for ROWS and COLUMNS?
7. Can your colleagues do the same thing? |
