I have understood that we can take a view of the complete database through IMS File-Aid, But please answer my questions below :
1) Can I view my PCB alone or does it only displays the complete DBD structure?
2) Can anyone paste the screen of the database, how does it look like, will it show just like the DBD macro code that we initially write to setup the database? |

1. Not very sure, why you have mentioned about DBD, did you mean PSB?
As an Application developer, you'd like to see PSB and other PCBs in it, through File-Aid. DBD gives you the structure of Data-base and File-Aid, from IMS-File-Aid per se, gives you data to map to your PCBs/PSBs -- so why are you trying to view a DBD through File-aid?
If you want to see DBD, just browse through the member you are intrested in from the source library of DBD (if your site has one) - it's like just another member in some user-PDS.
2. Which database, how the screen shot of data-base in use at my shop, would serve any purpose to you? |

If you've file-ad at your shop, try to browse the database. Or look through the manuals - they will show you some examples. |
