Just wanted to know how to view the PCB and the DBD, will it be available just like a member (with those macros coded) or is there anyother tool to view them? Please advice.

PCBs are definitely "visible" to Application Developers. At one of my previous shops, i was never able to see DBDs source but at this one where I'm currently working, I can see the DBDs. So i'd say, this really depends on your site policies.
