Hi,

Are there any free utilities to unload the data from IMS database.
If yes, please let me know as it will be very helpful.

In DB2 there are several utilities for unload viz., HPU Unload (which is free). Similarly are there any utilities in IMS?

Regards,
Kiran.

The IDCAMS utility can be used to unload VSAM datasets that holds IMS DB data and indexes.
