What is the command to find if my mainframe id have access to a certain plan, or region?

I am getting a SQLCODE = -991 SQLSTATE 57015.

When i googled it i could find,

Have your DB2 admin ensure the userid is authorized to execute the DB2 plan. If not, issue a GRANT EXECUTE on the PLAN for the userid, e.g.

"GRANT EXECUTE ON PLAN EDIENU33 TO wlm_userid"

How to see if i have read/update access to certain plan?

there is no such thing as read/update authority on a plan.

There is EXECUTE authority on a package and those are found in SYSIBM.SYSPACKAUTH
