Hello,

You need to use the standard compile jcl for your system.

You should NOT use anything else. . .

Several organizations that i support will terminate people who do not follow the standards. Not a threat, just a caution.

There is no compile JCL in the compamny i work for. We use endevor for compiling. I need to create it because of some project specific purposes.

If anybody can please share the JCL with me.I will modify it as per my requirements.

the IMS and COBOL manuals have the samples provided by the product themselves
start from ...
www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/bkserv/index.html
proceed to
www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/os/zos/bkserv/zapplsbooks.html
and ....
keep on from there!

because most probably You wouldn' t have any use for them ..
You might be able to write, did You ever learn to read icon_question.gif icon_evil.gif

if You had ever in Your life looked at the manuals You would have noticed that there is the hardcopy of the procedures to be used
like for example
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/BOOKS/IGY3PG32/2.1.1.1?SHELF=IGY3SH33&DT=20061117131343

same thing for the IMS stuff

Anyways guess that how your behaviour is and its arrogant.. I don't want any more answers because its a waste of time. I will find it from somewhere else.

You were provided the appropriate and correct answer. Yet you persist in wanting more -- JCL that we cannot provide you because we do not know your site, nor its standards, nor its data set names, nor its software packages (such as source management), nor its policies, nor its procedures. And you accuse others of arrogance? Look first in the mirror.

not my fault if You are not willing to read the manuals,
the link posted showed that the answer was at 4 clicks away,
so You have no reason at all to complain
it was You who started the HM telling that You had no need for manuals
I just followed You on the road You started
and still I gave You a useful advice
