Please post the WHOLE error message (EZA1735I ....??) as well as the indicated problem and resolution text from the manuals.

Also bear in mind that WE can't diagnose the error codes sent by the FTP server if it's not z/OS.

Would be nice if you showed the FTP commands issued and the JCL.

The 19 means the USER command failed. The 10 means there was a session error -- which makes sense in this context. The 220 has multiple meanings, and without the specific error message it is not possible to state what happened.

Contact the server administrator and verify the user id and password. A user id almost always does not include a domain name -- so most likely you are being failed for invalid user id.

Problem was happened because the destination server(www.site.com) blocked the FTP connection, Hence the issue. I tried FTP with new site and it worked.
