When I did used IEBCOPY, to copy a PS to another PS, I keep on getting 'UNLOAD FILE IS INVALID'. However I have a valid data in SYSUT1 which I desired to copy in SYSUT2.
Can someone help?

Hi,
assuming that u have specified control stmts in correct columns one typical error might be specifying ps name whose length is more than 8.
this is simple but check for this.Otherwise see the following link for troubleshooting IEBCOPY utility which would be definitely useful.

REPLY to me whether ur problem is solved or not.Bye CHEERS |

IEBCOPY is used to:
- copy a PDS to another PDS.
- unload a PDS to a sequential dataset.
- reload an unload sequential dataset to a PDS.
there is no PS to PS copying facility within IEBCOPY. |
