I want to search two strings with AND condition in a PDS.Is it possible to acheive it through ISPF option 3.14 or 3.14.

What's the meaning of "AND" in the context of your question?

- should both the strings be on same line?
- only those members should be listed which have both the strings?
- somehting else?
