REBIND the PLAN again if changing one program

If you have ex:13 PGMS in a PLAN and you make a change to one of them. Do you have to REBIND the PLAN or can you just bind that PGM individually ?

Yes, you'll have to bind the plan again. That is the advantage of using packages. Only 1 package needs bind (for your example).
