Hello and welcome to the forum,

Look here:
http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/handheld/Connected/BOOKS/iea2b690/16.15.2

On well-run systems developer submitted jobs with time=1440, =nolimit, or =maximum are automatically flushed from the system prior to execution. There is no reason for an application developer to use these. . .

Gautham - Question in your signature is much better(challenging for me to answer on a forum) than what you asked in actual...icon_smile.gif.

About 1440, Dick has suggested you a nice link, the only thing which I'd like to mention you can leave off the parentheses if you code only the
'minutes' value or specify 1440, NOLIMIT, or MAXIMUM. If you omit the seconds, don't specify a trailing comma (e.g.: TIME=(3,) is invalid).
