Insert the date (mm/dd/yyyy) into the report file

Dear Expert,

I have generated the report ifile and finaly i want to insert the today's date in to the file at the place of header. File length = 198

It should be done only in the first line at the position 76.
Please give me the sort card for this requirement.

Please show an example of the records in the input file (relevant fields only) and what you expect for output. Explain the rules for getting from input to output. Give the RECFM and LRECL of the input file. Give the starting position, length and format of the relevant fields.
