It handles them very well.

What are you really asking? The question you've asked is too generic to provide an answer.

A simple Google search on "CICS File handling" came up with a link to the manual and a quick search through the CICS docs gave info on files, but I assume you've done that basic level of "research" so what is it you need to know?
