it' s pretty boring to have to keep reminding people that REXX panels is a wrong term
repeat loud 1 gazillion times ... ISPF panels, ISPF panels

here are the links to the relevant publications

Enrico,

ttsst ttssss icon_smile.gif

Not to be so ferocious at this end of year - even if a lot of mis-formulated (?) questions are here.

I would be more indulgent here reading "Rexx (&) Panels Learning materials
and in the question it is mentionned "PANELS with Rexx"

Happy end of year and new 2010

Hi Pierre!

my rant was not really that ferocious icon_biggrin.gif
having given the friendly advice of repeating 1 gazillion times the quote
anyway the title of the topic is ... Rexx Panels Learning materials...

had I been in a bad mood I would have said to repeat it at least <some> 'novemtrigintillion' times icon_biggrin.gif

here is the proper list ( every line is the preceding multiplied by 10**3 )
Code:
'thousand',
'million',
'billion',
'trillion',
'quadrillion',
'quintillion',
'sextillion',
'septillion',
'octillion',
'nonillion',
'decillion',
'undecillion',
'duodecillion',
'tredecillion',
'quattuordecillion',
'quindecillion',
'sexdecillion',
'septendecillion',
'octodecillion',
'novemdecillion',
'vigintillion',
'unvigintillion',
'duovigintillion',
'trevigintillion',
'quattuorvigintillion',
'quinvigintillion',
'sexvigintillion',
'septenvigintillion',
'octovigintillion',
'novemvigintillion',
'trigintillion',
'untrigintillion',
'duotrigintillion',
'tretrigintillion',
'quattuortrigintillion',
'quintrigintillion',
'sextrigintillion',
'septentrigintillion',
'octotrigintillion',
'novemtrigintillion'

should keep people busy counting until the next Year!

Uhh - one, two, three, four, five, . . . . whoa, maybe not. . .

However, going the "other way" (smaller rather than larger), i was in a meeting with some scientific folk some years ago and one of the participants explained something smaller than a quark had been found.

Seems it is was a pinq. . .

At the rate our federal reserve is printing money, we will become very familiar with these terms.

Just out of curiosity, where do you see that they are printing money? I haven't heard anything about any dramatic increase in the money supply. I think you are confusing budget increases with money supply increases. They are spending (with the expectation of repayment in the case of the corporate ownerships, some of which has come to pass).

They no longer make this book, but I like the 'Examples' manual, located here:
publibz.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr_OS390/Shelves/ISP4BK04

It has rexx and panel examples.
