the message seems pretty self explaining to me!
( it' s not a problem, it' s a setup choice )
we do not know what customizations have been made in Your organization.
the best place to ask is Your support

but as a second thought, if the command works for Your colleagues, check Your 3270 emulation setup

Hi Bhavesh,

You can whether that option is available is not by typing
'PROF' in the command line once you have opened the dataset. It will give the profile details. If the HILITE option is there, you can execute it.

Code:
VIEW       SARTTST.ADHOC.WHLSALE.SVCID.EXPORT.D0910        Columns 00001 00072
Command ===>                                                  Scroll ===> CSR
****** ***************************** Top of Data ******************************
=PROF> ....D0910 (FIXED - 1089)....RECOVERY OFF....NUMBER OFF..................
=PROF> ....CAPS OFF....HEX OFF....NULLS ON STD....TABS OFF....SETUNDO STG......
=PROF> ....AUTOSAVE ON....AUTONUM OFF....AUTOLIST OFF....STATS OFF.............
=PROF> ....PROFILE UNLOCK....IMACRO NONE....PACK OFF....NOTE ON................
=PROF> ....HILITE OFF CURSOR FIND..............................................

When you get the message 'Option unavailable', hit PF1 to get a detailed explanation.
