Is CO a site specific command.

What happens when you try using 3.3 and set the pack options according to your requirements ?

If the sending file has PACKED members then the target file probably gets PACK ON. As expat says, use 3.3 to control the options.

Pack Option (Default or Pack) is still an option with the CO command of ISPF 3.4 anyway.

i need to copy using the CO command only (in 3.4)
Is any setting is there to avoid this thing.

jitu852,

i believe there is an option to do the same in the PANEL itself. Have a look at the PACK option in the panel that you get after the CO command.

Code:
                                COPY Entry Panel
 Command ===>

 CURRENT from data set: 'YOUR.DATASET.TST'

 To Library                       Options:
    Project . . .                    Enter "/" to select option
    Group . . . .                       Replace like-named members
    Type  . . . .                    /  Process member aliases

 To Other Data Set Name
    Name  . . . . . . .
Volume Serial . . .           (If not cataloged)

NEW member name  . . .           (Blank unless member to be renamed)

 Options
Sequential Disposition        Pack Option         SCLM Setting
    2  1. Mod                     1  1. Default       3  1. SCLM
       2. Old                        2. Pack             2. Non-SCLM
                                                         3. As is

Press ENTER to perform action.  Press CANCEL to cancel action.

Regards,

Syam
