Hi, In File-aid we have option 3;8 where takes to VTOC (Volume table of contents). Here by specifying the volume we can see the files that are stored under this volume. It also shows us the percentage of usage and how much amount of volume is free. This helps in avoiding space abends when constant space check is done and when the exceeded volumes are moved to available volumes.

My question is: I thought of automating this space check from jcl. So is there any way where we can find out the these volumes and the extent of the volume used and available volume from batch.
