You will need to contact CA as they are the vendors and do not openly publish documentation on the web

Hello,

If you have some particular question(s), post them and possibly someone will know the answer. I (for one) have been supporting IDEAL environments since 1984. . .

As Expat mentioned - this is not openly published. The good news is that if your organization is licensed to use the product, all of the material is available for free from CA Support and can be downloaded there.
