what is really poor, is that they don't bother to go back and update with a solution. |

Am I correct in thinking that the ancient art of looking in manuals and knowing how to access them died out quite a while ago ? |

I believe that when paper manuals were scarce, more people used them than are willing to use the material available online. . .

I recall the easiest way to find the correct manual was to ask a senior a dumb question regarding a product, because the correct manual was almost instantly hurtling towards your head at a dangerously high speed closely followed by a string of expletives. |
