S04e abend

hi ,

I am not having DB2 in my code . But i am using DBD and PSB to read and write the file

I am getting S04E U0000 abend while submitting this program

what may be the reason for this abend ?

Hi - Based on your post, we have no idea what could have caused it. It is obviously an IMS program and has no DB2. Did you research the error code? did you look at the dump?

Suggest you look at the linkedit.

Has this program worked before? If yes, what was changed? If not, compare how this program is set up to one that does work.

As Sandy mentioned, you have basically provided nothing for someone to use to help.

Why is db2 even mentioned?

Sorry A lot for the late reply

I have given wrong name in the DLI call ..

i.e 'DLI,DSNMTV01,&PSB1,,,,,,,,,IMS1,,N,N',

now i changed to 'DLI,myprogname ,&PSB1,,,,,,,,,IMS1,,N,N',

So the error is resolved

What is the use of DSNMTV01 ?
