Collating sequence is the EBCDIC value for each of the alphabets or digits which is used in comparision.

FIGURATIVE CONSTANTS are the literal values used instead of value variable(e.g. ZEROES, LOW-VALUES)

EBCDIC IS IBM COLLATING SEQ
AND
ASCII IS BY OTHER...
