Hi,
I want to study these CA products. I was not able to find any manual / user guide or any other documentation / help on these products.
I have searched extensively in our forums, google and CA support website. Nothing was helpful. CA support website has documentation but it is accessible to only the users having valid product keys (For customers only).
It would be really helpful to me if somebody could provide these softcopies. I would really appreciate the help....
Thanks in advance.... |

CA documentation is copyrighted. You are asking people to violate copyright laws for you. I recommend you rethink your approach and pay for a class in which you will have legal access to documentation. |

I am so sorry....
I didn't mean that anybody should violet the copyright laws...
I already had conversation with CA for training. The problem is I am the only person in the team who wants to learn these tools and CA would not do that for a single person.
So I just wanted to check with you all people who could have some material or presentation which is copyright free. |

Hello,
I'm not aware of any training material that is free.
You might try this:
www.tiburontech.com/education/education.htm
They support Datacom/IDEAL and have training, but i'm not sure if the training is for Datacom/IDEAL. They can provide this info.
If you have particular questions post them here and someone may have the info you are looking for. |
