Anyone in the forum use Comparex or an quivalent compare tool? This is not a technical question but more an inquiry into user experience with other products that maybe comparable to Comparex.
We are in sort of a legal battle with Serena (Comparex) and our legal department over the verbiage of a new agreement. It's gotten so bad that we may be looking to drop Comparex. We wanted to find out if there are other products that people know of that can replace Comparex.
We know FileAid has some capability but not everything that Comparex cando.
Appreciate your input.
Thanks,
Dante

Hello,
Is there one particular feature you don't want to lose?
I'm not familiar with Comparex features, but if you mention what you are looking for in a replacement, someone (even though not familiar with Comparex) may have a suggestion. |

Are you saying that its functionality is similar to the SUPERC ISPF utility but it has the added ability to compare a variable length group item using a COBOL copy book? |
