'BASELINE LIB UNDEFINED' error while checkout using CHGMANQ

Hi

When I try to checkout component using CHGMANQ option it fails with error 'BASELINE LIB UNDEFINED'.
I could successfully checkout the same component using CHGMAN.

Could anyone can assist to resolve the same?

When you get that error again -- hit PF1.
