HI,

I'm new to IDMS and giving a try to analyze schema report generated from IDMSRPTS. I know some of the terms like RLGTH, but dont have idea on all the terms like Symbolic index, Subarea etc. can anyone pls share any document or manual or site regarding the same?

If your organization is licensed to use this product, all of the material is available from CA Support.

The IDMS material is covered by copyright and we may neither post it nor link to it via our forum.

But we are not licensed to IDMS.
Can anyone please tell me what is meant by NAT/STD in SETDES of schema report.

Hi,

All the reports related to schema are taken by DBA.
Whatever information i have is listed below,

AREALST: List of Area
RECDES: Record Description
SETDES: Set Description

Hope you are aware of area,set and records.

You may take the help of DBA to know about key words NAT/STD.

I feel these words are related with defining of records with duplicate options.
