publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/zos/basics/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.zos.zsysprog

in the left panel click on
Quote:
z/OS system installation and maintenance
it will expand into
Quote:
... ...
.. Starting z/OS: The initialization (IPL) process
... ...

and it will tell You all You might want to know about IPL

but as far as all subsystems coming Up...
USS and related, DB2, ...
You should ask Your support, they depend on the products installed and local customizations

but the question is not really TSO ISPF related

This depends at least partly upon the site -- there are various options to an IPL and replies to console messages can affect the IPL as well (such as doing a coldstart or hotstart on JES).

In this sentence, by "IPL" do you really mean "Initial Program Load(er)"? The way you word your sentence, I'm little unsure about that...

IPL -- Initial Program Load -- only applies to an LPAR these days. Since that does not appear to be what you're talking about, you need to explain (as has been said) what you do mean by the term.

Hello,

Everything that was running in the lpar will come down. . .

Some processes may come up automatically and others may need to be started. . .
