You can dump the NDM Log to a data set and then simply write a step for email the dataset

When you run your DMBATCH step, you'll have to save the process number from the DMPRINT DD. Then, after the process completes, you'll have to run a SELECT STATISTICS report, using the stored process number, and then you can pull the details you need from the report output.

FWIW, in my shop we let our console Automation product do this process.

I need to do this process without manual intervention.....
Once i submit the NDM batch job, if NDM is successful then the NDM details should be mailed automatically.

Suggest you reflect on this last bit from Kevin. . .

Then talk with your automation and/or scheduling people to implement.

If the task was as simple as just sending a notification out when the Process ended with the basic OK/FAIL details, then I might have suggested just adding a step to the the Process to simply send a message. However, nothing at that level can provide the details as specified. A SELECT STATISTICS report HAS to be run, but HOW you handle that is entirely up to you. One alternative that's already been mentioned is to pull the details you want from the LOG file. However, you'll need to talk to the support team for Sterling Commerce in order to obtain the record layout details. Since they provide an optional reporting tool that uses SAS to process the LOG files, they may not be willing to divulge those details.
