If i have used COND=(12,LE) in JOBCARD,then what will happen for all the steps in the JCL. How This COND parameter will work in JCL? |

Hi Amol,
The cond parameter is been given to a particular step and then at that step it check for the RC of the previous step, it is also possible that it can check for the OP of certain step also if u mentioned that step name.
In the above question is the condtion is true for the particular step then it wont execute the step but it will execute the next step. if the the condition get flase then the step will get executed .
Check for JCL manual to know more abt cond parameter. |

Your desire to answer an interview question is admirable, but I believe the intent of this particular forum is to get the poster to answer their own question (if they know the answer), then others can let them know whether they are right or wrong. |
