Is there a possibily to build a Rexx tool where in i want to issue a new copy a online cics program once the compilation is done in TSO region?
Kindly share your suggestions on the same.

Yes.
But I do not know CICS. What exactly are you trying to do. What steps do you need to implement in rexx? |

I did it using EXCI and the RXDPL function, available at IBM site for free.
