Hi,
Can you please let me know is there a way to get DB2 version we are using thru SQL query. Or suggest any good way to find it out wih out asking to sysadmin or DBA.
There is no business requirement in this question, some one asked me this questions and i dont know the answer so asking the same in forum?

the proper reply/approach from a business ethics point of view should have been along the lines of...
if the gentleman has the need to know his/her DBA support will be glad/happy to provide the info
I have a strong belief that forum answers should first of all teach a correct company oriented approach
and then provide technical answers |
