hi,
can somebody tell me what INTRDR actually does??I have never used this?

Hello,

INTRDR is the name used in JCL to specify the internal reader.

There are multiple topics about the internal reader. If you find something that is not clear, post what you found and your doubt about it.

SOmeone will be able to clarify.
