Hi, All

I want to convet 2.1 to 3 & -2.1 to -2 using a function.
Do we have nay function in COBOL for this.
ROUND cannot be used in this case.

since you have no mathematical relationships

the positive number is INTEGER-PART + 1
and the negative number is INTEGER-PART
