Tape Sharing across your LPARS

Well, here we are, once again, reviewing vendor products to try to save the company money. Right now, the target is on tape sharing. They want to pull the current automated product out and replace it with another product. So, I'm curious, how do you guys handle tape sharing across your LPARS?

I can recall on site using CA-MIM

Also I recall that IBM have (or planning to have) a product to do this, but can not recall what the name of it is.

BMC Mainview also offers this capability.

What about VTS as a possible solution.
