I have a specific requirement to find out all the operations performed on a table like select ,insert or update.

Is there any way to find the program names by giving the table name

thanks

start playing around with
SYSIBM.SYSPACKSTMT and SYSIBM.SYSSTMT

but then You would have to be a bit proficient in parsing techniques,
You have the SQL statement ( up to 3500 bytes ) and You are on Your own
for single selects it might be simple but for more complex queries not so much

this is a help forum, not a do it for me one...

I was not implying that a query on the ...STMT stuff would give a ready made solution

start from there , look at all the
SYSIBM.SYSPACK... stuff ( easy for packages because the relevant tables have a like prefix )
for the sysplan stuff You must investigate a bit
