I will be getting a file from some other system (other than mainframes). This system will put the file on mainframes. Now my requirement is to code JCL in such a way that whenever the other system puts a file on mainframes, my JCL gets automatically triggerred |

the question has been asked soo many times that has become boring ...
any decent job scheduling system will easily handle the issue
speak to the scheduling people to implement a dataset triggered job |

Having said that, did you bother to search the Forum? For example, search on "trigger" under the Forum "CA Products". You'll get enough thread to start with and then post us back with what you tried where are you stuck. Some one will around with a helping note then. |
